Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons.

  • Israel Shipping:

    • Delivery within 3–5 business days

    • Flat rate: ₪35

    • Free shipping on orders over ₪500

  • Japan Shipping:

    • Delivery within 3–5 business days

    • Flat rate: ¥1,630

    • Free shipping on orders over ¥20,000

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order online to get real-time updates on its status.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not offer international shipping to all countries at this time. If you are outside our shipping area, please contact our customer service team for more information.
